Founded in 2017, Hongde New Material focuses on the R & D, production and sales of automotive energy saving and emission reduction, selflubricating and lightweight products. It is a onestop solution supplier dedicated to the application of thermoplastic composites in the automotive and new energy fields. The company has passed ISO9000, ISO14001, IATF16979 system and product certification. In 2024, Hongde New Material carried out strategic adjustment, expanded from the integration of production, marketing and research to the construction and installation of engineering projects, and successfully developed the marine pasture project by utilizing the company's technological advantages and innovative capabilities, among which Cangnan County, Wenzhou City, promoted the construction of demonstration projects in the whole village of laver breeding glass fiber reinforced plastic rods (Anfeng Village, Chixi Town, Nantou Village), with a bid price of 34.42 million yuan. ▅Cangnan County introduced：
    Cangnan County, under the jurisdiction of Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, is located in the southernmost coastal area of Zhejiang Province, bordering the East China Sea in the east and southeast, Fuding City in Fujian Province in the southwest, Taishun County in the west, and Pingyang and Wencheng Counties in the north. It covers an area of 1079.34 square kilometers, with a total land area of 1068.71 square kilometers, an island area of 10.63 square kilometers and a coastline of 206 kilometers. Cangnan County is known as "the hometown of laver in China", and the laver industry occupies half of the total domestic output.

▅The project won the bid in June：
   Cangnan County promotes the development of laver industry and helps traditional delicacies glow with new vitality. Measures such as building a highstandard seedling base, replacing traditional bamboo with glass fiber reinforced plastic rods, and realizing greening and ecological breeding should be taken. In June 2024, our company successfully won the bid for the construction of 1200 rows of standardized laver breeding demonstration base in Anfeng Village, Chixi Town and 2700 rows of demonstration base in Nantou Village, with a total amount of 34.42 million yuan. The glass fiber reinforced plastic rod is made of pure resorcinol resin and alkalifree glass fiber direct yarn, which is environmentally friendly and durable.

On June 11, Zhang Benfeng, Secretary of the Cangnan County Party Committee of the Communist Party of China, and his party visited our R&D headquarters (Changsha) for investigation. The company's CEO Liu Aixue, CTO Zhang Wei, and Operations Director Chai Faxiao accompanied the whole process

▅From June to September, the project of FRP rod insertion in the standardized laver breeding demonstration base is in full swing.

   After winning the bid in June, our company immediately set up a project team, CEO Liu Aixue personally served as the project leader, CTO Zhang Wei served as the deputy project leader, and operation director Chai Faxiao served as the project manager. The project started in June and is now in full swing. It has entered the final sprint stage and is about to end perfectly. The successful implementation of this project will not only bring more high-quality and efficient laver products to our partners and consumers, but also bring new development opportunities to the whole marine industry.
